• Conduct Church Memories Workshop October 22, 9:00 am – 1:00 pm with Randy Millwood from the BCMD. (Snacks & childcare for ages 1-5, provided)
• Continue Training the Transitional Study Team
• November 13, 2022, 5:00 “Come to the Lord’s Table” Worship experience
• Preach on the Seven Realities of Experiencing God and demographics

 

December – Christmas Emphasis

 

Stage Three – January

• Continue working intensely with the Transitional Study Team and subgroups
• Preaching series on the Great Commission and the five functions of the church

 

Stage Four – February

• Intensely working with the Transitional Study Team and subgroups
• Preach on the four kingdom results

 

Stage Five – March

• Intensely working with the Transitional Study Team and subgroups
• Communicate with the church family the four results of the TST study

 

Stage Six – April – May

• TST clarifies the church mission statement and asks church family to affirm it.
• Retreat for TST team and all church leaders – date to be determined
• A Pastor Search Team is elected and then begin training for its work with a special focus on doctrinal integrity of pastoral candidates
• Results of the TST will be presented to the church family

 

Stage Seven – June

• Search process will be explained to the church family
• Preach on how to honor one’s pastor
